Communications Alliance CEO John Stanton says the Copyright Amendment (Online Infringement) Bill should be carefully worded to ensure that websites that are not breaching copyright are not inadvertently blocked. He has also expressed concern that the bill does not state that the cost of blocking infringing sites will be met by rights holders rather than ISPs. Submissions to a Senate committee that is examining the bill are due in mid-April 2015
