Victoria’s shadow attorney-general John Pesutto contends federal action is needed to address what he contends is a growing gang culture in that state. Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has accused Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews of lacking leadership over what Turnbull claims is increased lawlessness and gang violence in Victoria. However, acting Roads and Road Safety Minister Phillip Dalidakis claims Turnbull is playing "games", instead of offering to work with the Victorian government on the issue.
